Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

Serenity Estates is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Serenity Estates, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, and toileting

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulating residents

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Charting with Point Click Care.

Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) in the state of Illinois

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
