Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of conceptual alternative and final design plans for highway, roadway, interchange, and drainage projects
  • Assist in the design and production of traffic control and staging plans and traffic, signing, and striping plans
  • Perform geometric designs and plan development utilizing a variety of computer design software, including MicroStation, AutoCadd, InRoads, AutoTurn and GuideSign
  • Assist in the design of ADA-compliant facilities, including sidewalks, shared-use paths, and intersection curb ramps.
