What You'll Do:

• Offer our customers the best possible service by providing prompt and friendly service to all customers.
• Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
• Monitor special order parts through CarQuest system.
• Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
• Assist Customers over the phone and in-person 
• Pick Product from Warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs

Requirements

Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following;

• Valid driver's license
• At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Automotive knowledge will be a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required

Summary

Shifts: Full time 7:30am-5PM M-F and 8am-12PM Saturdays
