Private Duty Caregiver Openings – CNA / Certified HHA (Daytime W-2 Roles)

 

Work in Home Care with Concierge Care – Flexible PRN Scheduling & Weekly Pay

 

Concierge Care is currently expanding our agency caregiver team and is seeking Florida Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides to provide support to clients living in private homes throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. These opportunities are structured as W-2 employment with ongoing PRN availability, dependable office communication, and no requirement for caregivers to carry personal liability insurance.

 

 

Immediate Hiring Areas

  • Jacksonville communities across the North, South, East, and West sides

  • Fernandina Beach, Amelia, Yulee, Hilliard, Callahan
  • Orange Park, Middleburg, and Macclenny

  • Palm Coast, St. Augustine, and Palatka

  • Additional nearby locations within the region

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-approved training program
    (Certificates based only on prior agency employment are not accepted)

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of current auto insurance

  • CPR certification

  • Social Security card

  • Health statement dated within the past six months verifying you are free of communicable diseases

  • Completed CEUs:
    • 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
