    Position: 11 Months 8 Hours                                                                       

    Status: Non-Exempt

    Starting Pay: $20.11/hour (and up depending on experience)

     

    Essential Job Functions:

    Under the direction of the School Principal, provide office support for the building administrators concerning a variety of district matters, assist budget administrative assistant with purchasing and arrangement of special events, perform standard office duties involving word processing, databases and spreadsheets, maintain attendance and personnel records for staff, prepare communications for specific assignments, and other building duties as assigned by the building administrator.

     

    Qualifications:

    • High level of proficiency and experience in Google Apps, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Power Point
    • 3+ years administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment involving multi-tasking and multiple priorities
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Able to be flexible and accept duties as assigned
    • Outstanding customer service
    • Able to exercise independent thinking and require little supervision
    • Ability to work under pressure and to maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
    • Promotes a positive atmosphere
    • Mobility to move in and around buildings
