Performs skilled maintenance and repair work across multiple trades to support buildings, facilities, and equipment. Responsibilities include electrical repairs, HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, plumbing repairs, carpentry work, and painting/finishing tasks. Utilizes various tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently. Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
