Job Description

Family-owned property management company is accepting resumes for a Floating Maintenance Technician. If you have a strong work ethic, and are a self-starter, looking to make a difference and help our company grow, then you need to apply



We are currently seeking to employ a Floating Maintenance Technician to help with our Delaware property locations. This position will float between properties as needed.



 



$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Duties and Responsibilities include:




  • Exhibiting strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer

  • Communicating and working well with both leasing and maintenance staff members

  • Always representing the company in a professional and courteous manner

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, preventative maintenance to units and common areas as well as any other duties assigned

  • Sharing on-call responsibility

  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing related issues

  • Providing own (basic) hand tools

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

  • Attending in-house training as required

  • Maintaining current preventative maintenance property logs
