Job Description
Job location: DACH region - home or office based.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving new business growth and strategic account expansion across the DACH region. This role focuses on selling Infor’s Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain Planning, and Infor Nexus multi-enterprise supply chain network solutions, building a strong pipeline and accelerating both new logo acquisition and recurring revenue growth.
The (Senior) Account Manager will lead value-based sales engagements that position Infor’s supply chain portfolio as a platform for end-to-end supply chain transformation, including warehouse digitalization, intelligent planning, and global supply chain visibility. The role requires the ability to connect technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes, such as improved service levels, increased supply chain agility, reduced operating costs, and stronger resilience across complex supply networks.
Success in this role requires a consultative, outcome-driven sales approach, working closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and aligning Infor’s solutions to deliver clear ROI and long-term strategic value. The (Senior) Account Manager will collaborate closely with solution consulting, marketing, customer success, partner ecosystems, and industry sales teams to execute regional go-to-market strategies. Building trusted relationships with C-level and senior supply chain leaders across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, and e-commerce organizations will be key to driving successful enterprise engagements and long-term customer value.

Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS or cloud-based supply chain solutions, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain Planning, or multi-enterprise supply chain platforms.
Demonstrated success selling to mid-market and enterprise customers within the DACH region.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and navigating strategic buying processes.
Strong understanding of modern supply chain challenges and digital transformation initiatives across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, and e-commerce.
Fluent German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the warehouse automation, supply chain planning (SCP), supply chain execution (SCE), and multi-enterprise supply chain visibility landscape.
Experience selling cloud-based WMS, supply chain planning solutions, or supply chain network platforms such as Infor Nexus.
Demonstrated track record of driving new logo acquisition, expanding ARR, and building long-term strategic customer relationships.
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior supply chain and operations leaders.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed SaaS organization, including product, marketing, solution consulting, and partner teams.
