The Opportunity:
Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Concord, CA (Contra Costa County)
Compensation: Starting at $50.00 per hour (DOE)
Availability: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
Shifts: Flexible tracks including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
The Heart of Rehab: As a COTA, you are the hands-on heart of our department. You’ll work closely with our OTRs to bring individualized treatment plans to life.
Patient Wins: Deliver skilled interventions, document resident progress, and celebrate the small victories that lead to major independence.
Clinical Collaboration: Act as a key voice in our interdisciplinary team, ensuring our residents in Contra Costa County return to their highest level of function.
Restorative Leadership: Coach and support our restorative aides to ensure a 24/7 culture of resident wellness and mobility.
