As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving Prophix's growth by generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and wants to make an impact in the B2B SaaS industry.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target accounts across mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Conduct research on prospects and key accounts to personalize outreach and develop strategic messaging.
  • Set up high-quality meetings for the sales team by effectively qualifying potential customers based on their needs and fit for Prophix solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align outbound campaigns with ongoing demand generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead progression within Salesforce CRM.
  • Continuously improve prospecting strategies by analyzing performance metrics and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with Prophix products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Participate in sales training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and performance.
