As the Fleet Management Technician, you will support vehicle dispatching, maintenance coordination, and administrative management of fleet operations to ensure readiness and compliance with applicable regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform daily vehicle dispatching and scheduling for non-tactical vehicles
• Maintain fleet records, logs, and inspection documentation
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service requirements
• Conduct and track vehicle inspections and readiness status
• Ensure compliance with Army motor transport regulations
• Monitor vehicle usage and report discrepancies or issues
• Support administrative fleet management functions
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of one (1) year of fleet management experience within the last five (5) years
• Experience with dispatching, maintenance coordination, and records management
• Working knowledge of AR 58-1 and DA PAM 750-8
• Experience in fleet management, maintenance operations, or logistics support
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Knowledge of fleet operations and vehicle management processes
• Experience with maintenance tracking and dispatch systems
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple vehicle requirements required Experience
• Experience in fleet management, maintenance operations, or logistics support
• Military vehicle operations experience preferred
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check (NAC) background investigation
