  • Drive commercial (B2B) sales growth, including fleet, municipal, campus, hospitality, and industrial customers
  • Support consumer (retail) sales through dealer sales process improvement, promotions, and merchandising execution
  • Partner with dealers to identify and close new business opportunities

       Account Management & Development

  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve results
  • Support new dealer onboarding and territory optimization
  • Assist dealers with inventory planning, product mix, and forecasting

       Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Build and manage a regional sales pipeline across commercial and retail channels
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales reporting
  • Track opportunities, close rates, and competitive activity using CRM tools
  • Share market feedback and insights with internal teams

Training & Product Support

  • Train dealer sales teams on products, applications, and competitive positioning
  • Support product launches and new model introductions
  • Act as a field expert on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
