The Staff Development & Infection Control Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of facility-wide education programs and the oversight of infection prevention and control initiatives. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a safe, educated, and high-performing workforce.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time, Exempt
• Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours
• Occasional off-shift coverage as needed
• Participation in weekend on-call rotation required
