Human Resources Administrator – Rocky View County, AB

Role Summary

PTW is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Rocky View County, AB. This role provides administrative support across onboarding, payroll coordination, employee programs, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.

Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8 hours per day (some flexibility may be required based on workload)
Transportation: Must have own vehicle (office not accessible by public transit)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee changes, and payroll-related activities

• Manage pre-employment onboarding and ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation

• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries via phone and email

• Track and maintain tuition reimbursement and referral reimbursement programs

• Book and monitor drug and alcohol testing requirements

• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth employee processes

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

• Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as required

Qualifications / Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative experience (HR or recruitment experience is considered an asset)

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion

• Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Rocky View County office location
