Job Description

Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOHI) is a family of employee-owned companies that specialize in highly engineered solutions. EOHI provides corporate services - HR, Accounting, Marketing, Operations and IT support for the group of companies outlined below. Our new Digital Marketing & AI Specialist will equally support three key areas: HubSpot system management, AI integration, and eCommerce execution.

EOHI Companies:

Hydraquip, Inc. and GCC provide technical expertise and value-added solutions through their offering of hydraulic, pneumatic and automation products. Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) focuses on hydraulic, mechanical and structural design to deliver custom, turn-key systems.

 Specific responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage HubSpot, including ticketing system performance, workflows, and reporting.
  • Support CSR rollout and ensure consistent adoption and usage of the ticketing system across operating companies
  • Monitor and improve Hubspot ticketing overall system effectiveness.
  • Implement and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve marketing efficiency, content optimization, and performance insights.
  • Build and deploy AI-driven workflows, prompts, or agents to support marketing and operational processes.
  • Use AI-driven insights and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage eCommerce product setup, ensuring all products are uploaded accurately with proper structure (meta titles, meta descriptions, H1s, product descriptions, and SEO best practices).
  • Continuously optimize ecommerce product pages to improve search visibility, user experience, and conversion performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and better system integration
  • Partner sales and customer service teams across operating companies to improve lead flow, response time, and overall customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
