Orthodontic Practice Manager – Las Vegas Braces (North, West, and East Locations)

Las Vegas Braces, a leading orthodontic practice with three locations across the city, is searching for a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager (PM) to lead our team and oversee daily operations. As a two-doctor practice with a staff of approximately 20, we average 75-100 new patient starts per month. We seek a confident and skilled leader with a strong orthodontic management background to ensure our continued growth and success.

Position Overview: The Practice Manager is responsible for the financial viability and operational efficiency of our practice. You’ll be a key leader, overseeing staff, financial processes, and patient care quality across our three locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a patient-centered culture that reflects our practice’s values and inspires team performance.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with doctors and staff.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operating policies aligned with practice objectives, production goals, and profitability targets.
  • Lead team meetings and daily huddles to review schedules, goals, and performance metrics.
  • Manage practice finances, including budget participation, P&L (Profit and Loss), and daily deposit auditing.
  • Oversee patient records and ensure adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Ensure efficient front-office and back-office operations, including insurance claims, billing, payment collections, and schedule optimization.
  • Collaborate with the regional team on marketing plans to support patient acquisition and community presence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in an orthodontic practice. - Required
  • Experience managing staff and familiarity with multi-location oversight. - Prefered, but willing to train single site managers
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L understanding or a willingness to learn.
  • Background in handling dental patient workflows and insurance.
  • Knowledge of local marketing strategies to enhance practice visibility.
  • Proficient in dental practice management software (Ortho2 Edge preferred, but training provided).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Location Details: This role involves travel among our three Las Vegas locations:

  • North: 6365 Simmons St #110, North Las Vegas, NV
  • West: 8710 W Charleston Blvd #150, Las Vegas, NV
  • East: 4240 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
