Compensation Options
W-2 / Hourly Positions:
- SLPA: $46,000–$52,000 annually
- SLP (CF to CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
- Bilingual SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually
Pay-Per-Visit (Optional):
- SLPA: $30–$44/hour
- SLP: $50–$76/hour
(Based on experience and bilingual status)

Schedule Designed for Balance
- Start at 30 hours/week (full-time benefits included) with growth to 40 hours
- Preferred schedule: 4-day workweek
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mon–Thurs or Tues–Fri)
