Lead Concept Design Engineer

YOUR TASKS

• Requirement management: Analyzing, clarifying and
  defining design requirements with customers or system engineer in the form
  of specified project descriptions.

• Design planning: Defining, planning, and monitoring
  design tasks within the design process of a development project, using
  prescribed methods and systems.
  设计规划： 使用规定的方法和系统，在开发项目的设计过程中定义、规划和监控设计任务。
• Mechanical design: Drawing up design solutions
  taking functional, material, and production aspects into account; Implementation
  and arrangement of detailing work for devices, assemblies and parts;
  preparation of all the necessary 3D and 2D documents.
  机械设计： 综合考虑功能、材料和生产方面的因素，制定设计方案；开展部件、装配和成品的具体设计工作；准备所有必要的3D和2D文件。
• Simulation and testing: Perform necessary
  simulations and testing in the concept and design phase to verify the
  design and optimize the design accordingly.
  仿真和测试： 在概念和设计阶段进行必要的仿真和测试，以验证设计并进行相应的设计优化。
• Feasibility study: Perform feasibility study with
  potential suppliers to ensure the design requirements are fulfilled by the
  selected supplier for the specific project.
  可行性分析： 与潜在供应商进行可行性研究，确保选定的供应商能够满足特定项目的设计要求。
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements
  in motor, geartrain, sensor, etc and incorporate innovative solutions into
  designs.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other mechanical
  designer, hardware engineer, and other departments to ensure demanded
  system design and project scope.
  协作： 与其他机械设计师、硬件工程师和其他部门密切合作，确保系统设计符合要求。
• Documentation: Prepare detailed technical
  documentation of the design, including design scorecards, simulation
  reports, etc.
  文档： 准备详细的设计技术文档，包括设计记分卡、仿真报告等。
• Preparing the design FMEA for the complete device,
  taking customer requirements into account.
  在考虑客户要求的基础上，准备设计 FMEA。

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s
  degree or above in mechanical design or related majors.
  机械设计或相关专业本科或以上学历。
• More than 3 years
  working experience; experience in automotive industry preferred.
  3年以上工作经验，有汽车行业经验者优先考虑。
• Proficiency in using design and simulation software
  such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ABAQUS, ANSYS,
  or similar tools.
  熟练使用设计和仿真软件，如 CATIA、SolidWorks、AutoCAD、ABAQUS、ANSYS 或类似工具。
• Good
  problem solving skills to address and resolve design related issues.
  良好的问题解决能力，能够处理和解决与设计相关的问题。
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with
  team members and external parties.
  具备与团队成员和外部各方合作的有效沟通技能。
