Colabora com pesquisas de mercado no desenvolvimento de modelos de resposta e outras melhorias de banco de dados. Pode conduzir análises de mineração de dados de clientes para desenvolver tendências de publicidade.

Resumo desta função

This position plays an important role in contributing to the product development and the go-to-market strategy definition of our future launches. Responsible for synthesizing market insights, analyzing portfolio performance, evaluating feasible business cases, accompanying project execution and creating compelling narratives and materials that resonate with our strategy goals. This is a position where the individual will develop a deep understanding of our products, our customers, our competitive landscape, and our company capabilities to react to our ever changing market.

Suas responsabilidades incluirão

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Intake of market trends and new consumer research inputs, competitor movements strategies,SWOT market analysis. Translate complex data into insights that inform product characterization, positioning, messaging, and feature prioritization.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Coordinate marketing stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Project Performance: Track and analyze the performance of new product launches using key metrics (volume, sales, revenue growth, Consumer Care data). Use data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Project execution: be part of project teams for NPIs (New Product introductions) as Marketing contact. Accompany project evolution, understanding deliverables from Marketing, and possible risks to attend time, quality and cost targets for the project.
  • Cross-Functional collaboration: Serve as a bridge between the Product Development teams, Marketing teams and other cross-functional areas such as Consumer Care.
  • Voice of Consumer: Collect customer feedback and create valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Use this feedback to refine messaging and improve the customer journey.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Education: Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Design, Management College degrees.
  • Language skills: Portuguese, English.
  • Systems/Technical knowledge: Excel and Powerpoint
  • Basic-Mid presentation/storytelling skills.

Habilidades e experiências desejáveis

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, interaction with project business cases, having been part of project teams.
  • High drive to work in changing or seemingly complex environments. Ability to simplify the complex.
