Strategy Insights and Planning Manager – Beyond Healthcare

 

As a senior leader within the Strategy Practice, you will drive high-impact client engagements, shape commercial strategy, and play a critical role in growing both our client relationships and internal capabilities. This role blends strategic leadership, business development, and team mentorship.

What you’ll do;

  1. 1. Lead Strategic Delivery
  • High-Stakes Delivery: Direct multiple high-impact projects, moving from "crunching data" to orchestrating C-suite solutions.
  • Framework Innovation: Design and implement the proprietary GTM frameworks that solve the industry's toughest SaaS and growth challenges.
  • Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted counselor to SVPs, bridging the gap between product innovation and revenue reality.
  1. Drive Business Growth
  • Revenue Growth: Identify "white-space" opportunities within existing accounts and spearhead market-entry for new clients.
  • IP Creation: Convert project wins into firm-wide thought leadership and new service offerings.
  • Practice Scaling: Play a lead role in the evolution and expansion of our Strategy Practice.
  1. Lead and Develop Talent
  • High-Performance Culture: Serve as a high-visibility role model for excellence and intellectual curiosity.
  • Talent Acceleration: Move beyond managing tasks to mentoring the next generation of consultants and associates.
  • Training Design: Develop and lead internal programs to sharpen the firm’s collective analytical and leadership edge.

What you'll bring

  • MBA from a leading university preferred, with strong academic performance
  • 6–8+ years of management consulting experience, with increasing responsibility
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combining strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Experience in B2B marketing, sales, or go-to-market strategy preferred
  • Strong ownership mindset and personal initiative
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution
  • Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others
  • High level of motivation, curiosity, and intellectual rigor

 

 

 

Hybrid working model:

ZS is committed to a Flexible and Connected way of working. ZSers are onsite at clients or ZS offices three days a week. Combined flexibility to work remotely two days a week is also available. Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority.
