We are looking for a Junior Firmware Engineer with a proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn to support the design and implementation of ARITECH security systems and accessories for the EMEA market.

You will contribute to new product development while growing your technical skills and collaborating closely with the team.

We seek a motivated professional who can execute tasks in line with business goals while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.

As a Junior Firmware Engineer, you will:

  • Assist in developing firmware for Panels, Keypads, Touchscreens, Sirens, and Sensors.
  • Support global project teams with technical, tooling, and organizational tasks.
  • Collaborate with local and remote teams across different time zones.
  • Participate in solving technical problems and designing new solutions under guidance.
  • Engage in the full firmware development lifecycle, from specification and design through implementation, testing, and production support.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Communication Systems (or related field).
  • Some experience in C or C++ development on embedded platforms is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development is a plus.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in firmware development for embedded devices.
  • Basic understanding of electronics or microcontrollers.
  • Motivation to grow into more complex firmware projects.

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
