- Responsible for providing office support for all scheduled days of summer programming.
- Maintains a high degree of proficiency in secretarial skills to provide timely, neat, and accurate work.

- Familiar with and follow FERPA and HIPPA laws.
- Assists with the school improvement process and reports.
- Communicates crisis management notifications per site directors.
- Administer first aid and prescription medications to students.
- Attend all scheduled days of the summer discovery program including professional development training and site set-up and closing activities.
- Performs such other duties and functions as assigned by the site directors.

- Staff hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week / daily schedule set by the Summer School Site Director.
- Student Hours: 8:00 a.m.� 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, Staff hours may be flexed 30 mins before or 30 mins after student hours depending on the Site Director (s) scheduling.

- All staff are required to attend 2 days (8 hours a day) of mandatory paid training/activities as notated above.
- A daily 15 minute relief period and a duty free lunch will be provided (30 min/day).
