Requirements

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Responsible for running the corporate help desk to support the EBS business system, basic network, and computer issues, and assist technicians with manufacturer software,

  • Responsible for all front line troubleshooting in IT
  • Responsible for escalating all unsolved issues to the IT Manager
  • Responsible for being thorough and not give up in the resolving of problems
  • Responsible for all manufacturer software setup and support
  • Responsible for setting up all-new desktop and laptop computers and maintaining same
  • Responsible for working with the IT Manager on all new location setup of IT infrastructure
  • Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

  • Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
  • Lift equipment (10-75 pounds regularly)
  • Able to climb ladders
  • Operate basic hand tools, such as drills, saws, and wire fishing equipment
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Must be a good communicator and able to interact with and interpret issues over the phone
  • Must be able to travel as required (1-4 weeks per quarter)
