Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for running the corporate help desk to support the EBS business system, basic network, and computer issues, and assist technicians with manufacturer software,
- Responsible for all front line troubleshooting in IT
- Responsible for escalating all unsolved issues to the IT Manager
- Responsible for being thorough and not give up in the resolving of problems
- Responsible for all manufacturer software setup and support
- Responsible for setting up all-new desktop and laptop computers and maintaining same
- Responsible for working with the IT Manager on all new location setup of IT infrastructure
- Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)
- Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
- Lift equipment (10-75 pounds regularly)
- Able to climb ladders
- Operate basic hand tools, such as drills, saws, and wire fishing equipment
- Must have good computer skills
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be a good communicator and able to interact with and interpret issues over the phone
- Must be able to travel as required (1-4 weeks per quarter)
