Manage and oversee the day-to-day Facilities/Utilities maintenance operations to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant utilities, with a primary focus on boiler systems, steam generation, and industrial controls. Serve as the site subject‑matter expert (SME) for boiler operations, combustion controls, and utility system optimization. Manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensures regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all utility assets. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
Education: High School Degree or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or equivalent experience. Experience: 7–10+ years of experience in utilities, facilities, or industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in boiler operations. Certification or Licensure Requirements: None. |
