Role Overview
Position: Entry-Level Accountant
Compensation: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: Full-time, in-person, standard business hours. Option to work remotely on Wednesdays.
Location: St. Louis office

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and close processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Organize and maintain financial documentation and files
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project billing
- Assist with additional administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply) is required
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work within multiple software platforms
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience with accounting software
