$95,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Director of Therapy in planning, organizing, and directing therapy services
- Supervise therapy staff and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Evaluate residents’ therapy needs and coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Monitor quality outcomes, documentation accuracy, and therapy efficiency
- Collaborate with nursing, social services, and other departments to enhance resident care
- Assist with staff education, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for mentoring staff and promoting excellence in resident care
