POSITION OVERVIEW
As Director of Sales at The Loren Bermuda, you are a key commercial leader responsible for driving top-line revenue while protecting the integrity and positioning of The Loren brand. You will lead the sales strategy across all segments, cultivating meaningful relationships and identifying high-value opportunities that elevate both performance and experience.
You are commercially astute, relationship-driven, and deeply aligned with luxury hospitality, understanding that success is not only measured by revenue, but by the strength of partnerships and the experiences we create.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and execute a strategic, brand-aligned sales vision across leisure, corporate, and group segments
- Drive team performance through clear direction, accountability, and a culture of excellence
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through proactive business development and partnerships
- Optimize business mix to ensure sustainable, profitable growth
Leisure & Corporate Sales
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value leisure and corporate accounts
- Cultivate relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, UHNW clients, and key partners
- Expand negotiated corporate business and executive-level relationships
- Drive extended-stay, villa, and residence revenue opportunities
Group & Account Strategy
- Oversee group strategy in partnership with Events, ensuring strong conversion and execution
- Lead RFP responses, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements
- Monitor account performance, pace, and production to achieve revenue targets
- Evaluate displacement and segment contribution to maximize profitability
Revenue & Commercial Collaboration
- Partner closely with Revenue Management to align pricing, availability, and strategy
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and segment planning
- Lead reporting, account reviews, and performance analysis
Internal Alignment & Execution
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless, elevated guest experiences
- Ensure accuracy in systems, rate integrity, and production tracking
- Communicate key account activity, VIP arrivals, and long-stay guests across teams
Brand Representation & Partnerships
- Represent The Loren in key markets, trade events, and industry engagements
- Build strategic partnerships that enhance brand awareness and demand
- Uphold Loren’s positioning, standards, and service ethos in every interaction
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in luxury or upper-upscale hotel sales, with leadership exposure
- Strong network within high-end leisure and luxury travel markets (e.g., Virtuoso, FHR, Signature)
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop high-value accounts
- Experience with RFPs, negotiated rates, and group contracting
- Proficient in Opera Cloud, Agency360, and CRM systems
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
