We have Full-Time and Part-Time AM/PM/NOC Shifts Available!!


NEW WAGES!

RN starting at $35.00-$42.50/Hr. based on experience and shift!  

LPN starting at $28.00-$33.50/Hr. based on experience and shift!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF RN:

  • Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills, within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans
  • Document care delivery
  • Conduct observations, medication, and treatments promptly and accurately
  • Assume charge nurse duties when designated including but not limited to adjusting assignments and schedules to best meet needs of residents with appropriate use of personnel
  • Assess and document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
  • Make rounds with physicians
  • Transcribe physicians orders
  • Assist, develop, revise, and review resident care plans
  • Evaluate staff observations
  • Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate, calm manner
  • Replace absent staff as necessary
  • Has access to confidential information and maintains confidentiality
  • Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and public
  • Additional duties as assigned


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF LPN:

  • Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans
  • Document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately
  • Provide direct resident care as needed
  • Request RN assessment/consultation for resident who show a change of condition
  • Use equipment and supplies in a precise, accurate and calm manner
  • Assume charge nurse duties when assigned including, but not limited to, adjusting assignment and schedule to best meet needs of residents and appropriate use of personnel
  • Under direction of the RN, monitor an document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
  • Participate in care planning
  • Obtain needed intervention and monitor process or order follow through
  • Replace absent staff when necessary
  • Has access to confidential information/records and maintain confidentiality
  • Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, and public
  • Other duties as assigned
