25% Provide administrative support for training programs.

20% Work on the back end of LTAP and RTAP Classes in LMS, including reporting, compilation of evaluations, and sending certificates when necessary.
10% Regularly update course sessions in our learning management system.
5% Assist with conference coordination duties.
5% Organize and maintain the Roads Scholar Program.
2.5% Process checks and enter into the learning management system.
2.5% Send Payment reminders.
2.5% Resource collection upkeep/maintenance.

Work Schedule
Hours may vary based on the hire's class schedule. Availability to work up to 12-15 hours a week and commit to a consistent schedule is expected. Not to exceed 20 hours weekly.

Position Overview
The mission of the University of Kansas Transportation Center (KUTC) is to support Kansas public works and transit agencies by providing innovative, cost-effective, and valuable services through training, technical assistance, and research applied to local needs.

Position Requirements
During the semester term of the appointment, the student hourly must be enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours. For summer periods the student hourly must: (1) have been enrolled in no less than 6 hours in the past spring semester or (2) be pre-enrolled in the upcoming fall semester in no less than 6 hours or (3) be enrolled in summer session or (4) be admitted to study in the upcoming fall semester. Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).
