Qualifications for LPN:

• Current unencumbered State of Vermont LPN license

• Strong communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff

• Critical thinking skills

• The ability to handle different situations with tact

Responsibilities for LPN:

• Supervision of CNA staff on assigned unit

• The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
