About the Job
As a Financial Performance Lead (FPL), you will play a critical role as a strategic business partner, providing financial insights that drive decision-making and business growth. You will work cross-functionally to enhance performance, support key initiatives, and ensure strong financial governance across the organization.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction, optimize investments, and contribute to sustainable growth in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
Provide strategic financial guidance for key business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Lead end-to-end financial management of the P&L, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business strategy.
Collaborate with regional and European finance teams to monitor and improve short- and mid-term financial performance.
Business Partnering & Decision Support
Support optimal investment decisions and resource allocation through KPI analysis and financial insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize promotional spending and improve return on investment.
Collaborate with Sales and Trade teams on Gross-to-Net, Trade Investments, and Customer P&Ls.
Contribute to Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers, aligning financial and commercial strategies.
Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enable agile and data-driven decisions.
Coordinate with shared services teams to ensure smooth and timely financial closings.
Improve reporting processes and drive enhancements in tools and systems.
Promote simplification and continuous process optimization across finance operations.
Your Profile
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial controlling or finance business partnering (FMCG experience is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
Fluent in English and Romanian, with the ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural setting.
