The Maintenance Technicians primary function is to ensure that the properties assigned are in safe, working order. Maintenance Technicians will complete assigned work orders to repair or replace items in homes and properties. If a licensed professional is required, this position will advise the management team of specific needs. This position is responsible for additional inspections of homes including the interior and exterior of the structure and fixtures and furnishing.

The Day-to-Day (The Real Work)

  • Troubleshoot & Kill It: Electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and boilers. You’re the guy who knows how things work.

  • Independent Ops: We give you the work orders; you execute. No one looking over your shoulder as long as the job is done right.

  • Problem Solving: Sometimes it’s a smart lock, sometimes it’s a dishwasher. You’ll be the hero for a family on vacation.

  • Safety First: Spot the risk, fix the issue, and keep the property safe.

Requirements

What We Need From You

  • A Solid Hand: You need to know your way around a toolbox and have a basic understanding of home systems. Not sure how to fix something? Just bring the willingness to learn.

  • Reliability: You’ve got a valid license and a way to get to work on time.

  • The Grind: You’re okay with stairs, ladders, and lifting 50 lbs. You don't mind the Missouri heat or the winter cold.

  • Availability: This is Branson—weekends and holidays are our "Game Day." We work when the guests are here.

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment.
• Prolonged periods of walking.
• Ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, year-round, position located in Branson, MO. Scheduled days based on business needs. Weekend work is required. Holiday work may be required based on business needs.
