Job Description

Responsibilities

Organize and execute activities related to the flow of materials, products, services, and associated system data

Support logistics execution, inventory control, and critical parts availability to meet operational and customer requirements

Perform material handling coordination, shipment execution, and third‑party warehousing support

Provide near-term buying and procurement support to address active coverage gaps

Evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure service level expectations are met

Participate in process improvement and logistics efficiency initiatives

Utilize enterprise systems and tools to maintain accurate inventory, planning, and transactional data

 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, procurement, or inventory control functions

Working knowledge of ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms)

Ability to analyze data for operational planning and decision support

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with procurement, warehouse, engineering, and operations teams

Ability to execute tasks with minimal ramp-up in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
