Childwise ABA is seeking a passionate Clinic Director / BCBA to join our growing team. As a Clinic Director / BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

Duties and Responsibilities for Clinic Director / BCBA

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

• Oversee clinical programming as a Clinic Director / BCBA

• Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and build skills

• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans accordingly

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff

• Provide parent and caregiver training

• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators

• Ensure high-quality service delivery across clinic, home, and school settings

Compensation and Schedule for Clinic Director / BCBA

• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

• Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Monday through Friday

• Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications for Clinic Director / BCBA

• Active BCBA certification

• COBA certification (Ohio)

• CPR certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience supervising clinical teams preferred
