Your Role & Impact
As a Medical Assistant Supervisor, you are responsible for providing day-to-day direct oversight and supervision of front and back-office staff, ensuring that they work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high-quality health care. The Medical Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for leading, planning and organizing the daily to monthly functions of the team as well as ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures.


What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalen
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ Medical Assistant experience.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory or lead experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical laboratory procedures and healthcare operations and workflow.
  • Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) or have community clinic experience!
