Product strategy and roadmap planning

  • Support to define and execute the NPD strategy in alignment with BU growth goals.
  • Conduct consumer research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap with clear milestones and KPIs

Innovation & consumer focused oversight

  • Using the market information to identify opportunities for delivering innovation pipeline through benchmarking, predicting market trends, and by matching our products/services into market needs.
  • Driving innovation by exploring new concepts, new technologies, new clinicals, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.

Project leadership

  • Lead cross functional teams to ensure on time, on budget, and high-quality product launches.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle,(ideation, prototyping, testing, validation and scale up.)
  • Mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth execution.

Go to market & commercialization

  • Work closely with marketing and sales to define positioning, pricing and launch strategies.
  • Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production and market introduction.
  • Monitor post launch performance and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration with OEM and ODM vendors, and internal partners.

  • University Degree desirable. A master's degree in Business or Market Research is preferred. MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills at least in English.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of total 5+ years working experience in NPD
  • Strong understanding of product innovation, skin care products, skin diseases and digital communications.
  • Has a successful track record with product launch and activity plans.
  • Can work independently and can manage projects.

Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:

  • Strong technical skills in market research, qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Experience in managing full-cycle NPD in a past paced environment.
  • Curiosity and passion for understanding industry, consumers' attitudes and behaviors.
  • Strong interest in the Consumer Healthcare & Dermatology categories.
  • Ability to function in a collaborative work environment, partnering with brand marketing, integrated marketing services, syndicated and global.

Able to objectively identify underlying business issues.
