What You’ll Do

  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CRM, ERP, Finance, CX).
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure “shift-left” quality.
  • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineering and QA leads.
  • Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated test coverage.
  • Support release readiness by providing clear defect reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a global, cross-functional team.

  • QA Managers & Leads – Aligning on testing priorities, standards, and quality strategy.
  • Developers & Architects – Collaborating to implement test automation and troubleshoot defects.
  • Product Owners – Ensuring test coverage aligns with business requirements and customer use cases.
  • Global QA Teams – Coordinating with peers in the U.S. and other geographies for distributed delivery.
  • Operations & Support Teams – Validating fixes and triaging production issues when needed.

 

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

  • 3–6 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing in enterprise IT or SaaS applications.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Exposure/experience with automating test cases and test executions, and with AI is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
