Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creative Corporate Marketing Director to lead digital marketing initiatives and brand strategy across TKo Hospitality’s portfolio of assets, including independent hotels, restaurants, and event venues. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven decision making to enhance guest engagement, optimize digital performance, and strengthen brand identity.

Essential Job Functions:




  • Provide Strategic marketing support to executives and property teams

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

  • Campaign Architecture – Design, launch and manage paid social campaigns (ie. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) targeted at key guest personas from leisure travelers to corporate event planners

  • Ad Optimization – Monitor ROAS and CPA metrics daily, adjusting bidding strategies and creative assets to maximize conversion and direct bookings

  • Creative Direction – Collaborate with corporate and property teams, using tools such as Canva/Adobe Suite to produce high performing ad creative including short form video.

  • Design and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn

  • Optimize ROAS and CPA

  • Develop creative assets with Canva/Adobe

  • Database Management – Segment the guest database based on stay history, preferences and geographic location to insure hyper-relevant communication.

  • Automated Flows - Build and maintain automated email “journeys” such as pre-arrival upsells, post-stay feedback loops and win-back campaigns for OTA and/or lapsed guests.

  • Targeted Promotions – Design and schedule targeted promotional email campaigns that support revenue management strategies for each property with revenue tracking.  Prepare monthly reporting on the outcome of each campaign.

  • E-newsletter - Curate quarterly high impact newsletters highlighting property news, seasonal offers and local destination highlights.

  • B2B Pitch Decks - Create visually stunning, persuasive pitch decks for the business development team to win new management contracts

  • Owner Relations – Design professional monthly business performance decks for property owners that clearly communicate executive summaries, financial performance, forecasts, strategic wins and marketing campaign ROI.

  • Group Sales Support - Develop custom sales collateral (ie. ads, fact sheets, promotional flyers, etc.) as requested by the sales team to win corporate group, wedding and/or event business.

  • Website Edits and Update - Working with property and/or corporate leadership, manage edits and updates to websites.

  • Website Analytics - Provide monthly reporting on website performance

  • Press Releases - Draft professional, concise and informative press releases as needed to support property openings, acquisitions, expansions and TKo Hospitality business development

  • Community Outreach – Represent TKo Hospitality at community outreach events (ie. AHA, Heartwalk, Life is Why, SL24) and industry related functions.  Where appropriate, provide support in the form of internal and external communications and corporate sponsored event coordination.

  • Wellness Commitment – Support of the company’s commitment to creating a culture of well-being.  Craft and distribute to TKo Hospitality employees a wellness focused weekly communication, “Wellness Wednesday”.

  • Direct Booking Growth - Increasing the percentage of revenue generated via the brand website/booking engine vs, OTA’s

  • Email Performance - Achieving Open Rates above 25% and click through rates above 3%

  • Social Efficiency – Maintaining a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) below the industry average
