PRIMARY FUNCTION: Delivery Specialist plays a key role in elevating owner satisfaction and loyalty. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:

• Must have expansive knowledge of the vehicle documentation.
• Good working knowledge with the dealerships CRM.
• Ability to recognize and study the latest vehicles and technology.
• Provide training and assistance to others in the dealership with the newest technology.
• Provide understanding of features and technologies to customers. 
• Assist customers in sales and service.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

• Extended periods of standing or sitting.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
