We’re looking for a detail-oriented and caring professional to join our team as a Client Care Specialist (CCS).

Position Overview

The Client Care Specialist plays a key role in maintaining quality care and smooth communication between clients, caregivers, and office staff. This position ensures that schedules are accurate, documentation is complete, and client needs are met in a timely, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and families regarding care schedules, updates, and service questions.

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and assist with shift changes, call-outs, and replacements.

  • Perform regular client satisfaction check-ins to ensure high-quality service.

  • Update and maintain care plans, service records, and documentation to ensure compliance with agency and state standards.

  • Communicate with caregivers to provide guidance, relay updates, and ensure care continuity.

  • Collaborate with the office team to support staffing, client retention, and caregiver engagement.

  • Handle day-to-day issues with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Experience in home care, healthcare administration, or client coordination preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software (EMR) is a plus.

  • Compassionate, organized, and dependable.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
