Essential Duties:
Automation Project Work: Work with the Engineering team to prototype small robotic and automation projects. This could include technology research and recommendations, robot programming, and robot interfacing support for data to/from PLCs, HMIs, and other controls.
Education / Experience:
2-year Technical College or 4-year University: A student enrolled in a automation/robot technical program or seeking a degree program in Electrical or Industrial engineering with a focus on automation and controls. Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not necessary. Major: Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering of study

Technical Skills: Technical writing ability. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. AutoCAD and Microsoft Access experience is a plus. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
