Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for affiliate dental offices within your assigned territory.
  • Assist with creating and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, community events, social media, etc.)
  • Gather content, draft messaging, and help build marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior team members to ensure campaigns meet office needs and organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate offices by serving as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests.
  • Help manage local office listings, social media coordination, and community outreach activities.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling monthly reports, and identifying basic trends or insights.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners as needed to support campaign execution.
  • Manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely delivery of assigned tasks.
