At Clark Pacific, the Field Engineer plays a key role in the successful manufacture and installation of architectural and structural building systems. Working remotely and on-site as part of an integrated project team, this role applies project management, problem-solving, and communication skills across engineering, manufacturing, and field operations to support projects from production through installation.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role that partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and project success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects, and proprietary information.
- Support manufacturing-related activities during the production phase, including schedule reporting, pre-pour and post-pour inspections, and ensuring quality aligns with project specifications and PCI standards.
- Assist with field operations during the erection phase, including reviewing crane studies, rigging plans, site logistics, shipping coordination, and manpower planning.
- Coordinate on-site activities with General Contractors to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Support overall project management efforts including issue identification and resolution, tracking contract requirements, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Assist in developing Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to support safe field operations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and field teams.
- Contribute to project deliverables including schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed (up to 95%).
