Summary
This position will support the COO of the Americas with travel and communications, including interpretation and translation, as well as assist the Executive Team when necessary.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the President/COO of the company and Japanese nationals with scheduling, general administrative tasks, miscellaneous projects, taking minutes and meeting travel logistics, inclusive of event planning.
- English-Japanese translation and interpretation.
- Creating, checking and guiding RINGIs (Corporate Governance).Training/Guiding RINGIs/Intramart and Updating RINGI and Intramart documents/manuals
- Provide information of ARKRAY culture/philosophy/topics to all employees of ARKRAY US.
- Communicate effectively with ARKRAY headquarters in Japan and its other subsidiaries, President/CEO of the company and executives/employees.
- Interdepartmental administrative duties as needed
- Checking, reviewing, making reports, and extracting data from Sales Force and Qlik Sense, Sales Administration duties as needed.
- Coordinating and handling incoming and outcoming packages as needed
- Draft communications to respective personnel on behalf of the President/COO.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and working on confidential business initiatives.
