Responsibilities
- Takes a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Works with members, vendors, and other departments by verbal communication, phone, e-mail, web, fax and/or mailings
- Issues Certificates of Insurance to members and non-members via phone, fax, and e-mail
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
