Job Description

OOIDA is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our members and customers by providing exceptional service and timely assistance through a high-volume call environment.

Responsibilities

  • Takes a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Works with members, vendors, and other departments by verbal communication, phone, e-mail, web, fax and/or mailings
  • Issues Certificates of Insurance to members and non-members via phone, fax, and e-mail
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
