Job Summary
Tec-Masters is seeking a detail-oriented engineer student to support ground and space flight systems development through design, testing, documentation, and systems analysis. The role includes collaborating with senior engineers, helping verify requirements, and contributing to mission-critical hardware and software work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with engineering design, modeling, and analysis for flight or ground systems.
- Support testing, verification, validation, and certification activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, and presentations for compliance and certification purposes.
- Troubleshoot issues in hardware, software, or integrated systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support mission objectives and schedule needs.
- Follow safety, quality, and configuration control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior level student enrolled in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment.
- Interest in systems engineering and solving complex technical problems
Helpful Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
- Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in aerospace or related engineering.
- Knowledge of requirements development, testing, or hardware integration.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance may be required for some roles.
