When will you work?
- The hours for this position are Monday – Friday with flexibility to support off-shift or weekend operations as needed.
What you’ll do:
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage and develop a team focused on safety, quality, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Drive inventory accuracy and implement controls to reduce discrepancies
• Partner cross-functionally with pharmacy, quality, and customer care teams
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Oversee scheduling and workforce planning based on demand
Who you are:

What you’ve done:
- 5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience managing inventory systems and warehouse operations
• Background in regulated environments preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
