Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS), is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented Insurance and Risk Analyst with a can-do attitude to join our expanding team based out of our Tampa Support Center.
Position: Insurance and Risk Analyst
Location: Position is based out or our Tampa Support Center, and will be a Hybrid position. The Insurance Risk Analyst will work from our office in Tampa 3-days per week, and then work from your home 2-days per week. The schedule for the position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, full time, 40 hours. RPS will provide the required PC/equipment and training for a Hybrid position.
Key Requirements:
- 3 or more years experience with commercial property/liability insurance, preferably in a multifamily residential/commercial environment
- Prior experience with Risk Management information systems
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from the office and from your home (3 days in office, 2 days from home), this is a requirement for this position

General Responsibilities:
- Manages database containing POLs, Loss Runs, SOLs, Insurance Certs, Policies, Contacts and Contracts including
- Assists with the coordination and tracking of financial data for claims and prepares monthly adjustments for Accounting
- Assists Risk Department with renewal information. Maintains General Liability exposure data. Prepares reports for the business income portion of the property insurance.
- Reviews Vendor Shield daily to ensure vendor approval and management.
- Works closely with the captive program to ensure invoicing, payments, and reimbursements are accurate and timely.
- Completes tasks based on Risk Management Software, including review, follow-up, and reporting to carriers when needed. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of claims while providing guidance to end users.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or some college experience
- Experience: Minimum 3 years prior commercial property/liability insurance preferred. Prior experience with Risk Management Info Systems.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Smart Sheet, and PowerPoint, Yardi and Claims Management Software and data analysis tools
- Strong financial analysis and verbal and written communication skills. Professional work ethic and demeanor, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and detail oriented to complete work accurately and timely.
