This is a remote position.
Mission:
Build, launch, and scale a high-performance affiliate program (internal and external) that becomes a meaningful and stable acquisition channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the affiliate program from the ground up: platforms, tracking, commission structures, rules, and assets.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates (email lists, media buyers, content creators, influencers, networks).
- Create and maintain affiliate resources: funnels, creative packs, swipe emails, tracking links, reporting dashboards.
- Monitor performance by affiliate and offer; optimize EPCs, AOV, and retention while protecting brand and compliance.
- Negotiate deals, resolve disputes, and ensure timely, accurate payouts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, tech, finance, compliance) to support launches and keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing affiliate programs for DTC, info, or health/wellness offers (network side or merchant side).
- Demonstrated ability to take an affiliate program from “small” or “zero” to significant monthly revenue.
- Strong understanding of tracking (postbacks, pixels, subIDs, multi-touch), fraud prevention, and offer optimization.
- Comfortable working with major affiliate networks/platforms and high-volume media buyers.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills; can be both partner-friendly and firm.
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and able to own a P&L for the channel.
- Clear written communication and documentation; able to work with a fully remote team.
