Work Description:

• Implement best-in-class manufacturing processes and develop long-term strategies to best utilize MVP in-house machining, fabricating, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Manage end to end supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials through finished goods. 
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, improve product quality, and reduce cost. 
• Collaborate with the executive team to set company goals and objectives and develop plans to achieve them. 
• Lead and manage a team of directors, managers, and supervisors in production, logistics, engineering, and quality control.
• Develop and manage budgets for operations, ensuring financial performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with Product Development team to commercialize new products and ensure a successful launch. 
• Develop and drive key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations. 
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for company goals. 

Requirements

  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 
• 10+ years of broad operations leadership experience, preferably in equipment manufacturing or an industrial environment
• Experience transforming manufacturing organization from traditional manufacturing to fast paced lean manufacturing environment. 
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of managers and supervisors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, and quality control

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. 
• Other physical activity may include standing, climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands and fingers
